If you preregister the day of tryouts, please print a copy of this page before clicking the Submit button and bring it to your tryout. It will not be possible for us to process preregistrations the day of tryouts.

Preregistration is required. Please do not use commas, and complete as fully as possible. A $10 tryout fee will be charged at tryouts.
